Women's 50 - CTT Statement

Cycling Time Trials have received several e-mails from riders following the Women’s 50 Championships last Saturday.

The Championship will be discussed by the Board at the next National Committee meeting.

The event did start and finish in the rain but traffic was light and visibility remained good.
It was cold, wet and breezy which did make it very unpleasant for the riders.

However, even riders without lights could be seen from half a mile away. The light traffic meant that spay from vehicles wasn’t a problem.

Conditions on the course were monitored by CTT officials (driving the course) for the duration of the event.
